Yoga and wellbeing in the new year: dates for the diary

As the year turns, I wanted to share what I’ll be offering over the next couple of months for anyone who’d like some steady, supportive space for movement, reflection and wellbeing.

My approach to yoga is about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies, especially during times of change. Classes are welcoming, adaptable and focused on how yoga can support everyday life rather than performance or flexibility goals.

January

New Year yoga mornings
Sundays 4 January and 11 January
Studio 366, Molesey, 9.30am to 11am

These sessions are a gentle way to ease into the new year. They’ll focus on steady movement, breathing and grounding, as well as guided relaxation. More info in this blog.

February workshops

A workshop on home: “Where is home to me and what does home mean?
Sunday 8 February
Studio 366, Molesey, 9.30am to 11am

This is a reflective workshop for anyone thinking about change. That might be moving home, staying put but wanting things to feel different, or noticing a wider life shift. We’ll explore what home means beyond bricks and mortar, using guided reflection, gentle breath-led movement and space to think. There’s no pressure to share unless you want to. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water, as well as a notepad and pen. Bookings can be made here. You may also be interested in this blog.

Yoga for osteoporosis, low bone density and women 50+
Sunday 15 February
Studio 366, Molesey, 9.30am to 11am

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants a clearer understanding of how to move safely and confidently with lower bone density or osteoporosis, whether you have a diagnosis or want to focus on living well as your body changes over time. It’s informed by both professional training and personal experience.

After pregnancy, I sustained a spinal compression fracture due to Pregnancy Associated Osteoporosis, which has shaped how I approach safe, supportive movement. We’ll look at helpful principles, practical adaptations and ways to build trust in your body. It’s suitable whether you’re new to yoga or returning to it. Bookings can be made here. A final note

Alongside yoga, I also offer one-to-one support for people navigating life and home transitions. Teaching and practising yoga is part of how I stay grounded, and I also love to create spaces for people to slow down, reflect and move in ways that feel supportive, whether in body, mind, home or life.

If any of these sessions sound helpful, you’re welcome to come along. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or sure of anything. Just curious enough to show up. Mats, bolsters and props are provided (including chairs if needed at Long Ditton Hall).
