Moving through change
I teach mindful yoga for wellbeing and bone health, with a focus on breath-led, steady movement. I’m a trained Yoga4Health teacher and can deliver the PCI-accredited course through NHS and self-referrals in community settings.
I also write and share ideas on health, home, community and change. I’m interested in how people experience life transitions, and the role that services, communities and places play.
