Moving through change

I teach mindful yoga for wellbeing and bone health, with a focus on breath-led, steady movement. I’m a trained Yoga4Health teacher and can deliver the PCI-accredited course through NHS and self-referrals in community settings.

I also write and share ideas on health, home, community and change. I’m interested in how people experience life transitions, and the role that services, communities and places play.

Local yoga classes

  • Local community and private yoga classes and workshops (mat or chair-based, suitable for mixed abilities and can be osteoporosis-aware)

Yoga weekends

  • Small, two-night yoga weekends in nature for just 7 to 12 people, offering calm and steady mat-based yoga for mixed abilities to support mobility, strength, balance and relaxation.
