Working with people, place and transitions

I work with health partners and community, housing and care organisations delivering community health and prevention initiatives that support living and ageing well, particularly through life and home transitions.
I also run mindful yoga and wellbeing sessions in the local community, including bone health-aware options, with small group classes held in local venues across Kingston and Elmbridge.
I’m available to deliver the Yoga4Health PCI-accredited 10-week course from late April, both to NHS patients as well as in wider community settings. I can travel further afield to deliver yoga sessions for organisations, including the Yoga4Health protocol. Sessions can be mat or chair-based, or a mix of both.
Yoga classes are mixed-ability and focus on mindful, breath-led movement to support wellbeing, including bone health.
I work in-person, as well as by phone and video call for some transition support sessions, depending on location and availability.
