Wellbeing, engagement and insight-led support
I work with organisations supporting people through significant life transitions, including housing moves, ageing and health changes.
My work combines wellbeing delivery, engagement and reflective insight, supporting both individuals and the wider systems around them.
Organisations I work with include:
- Extra care, retirement and other types of housing providers
- Charities
- Community groups
- Women’s services
- Health and care providers
- Local councils
- Social prescribing and prevention teams
- Housing associations.
Where helpful, I can feed anonymised learning from delivery and engagement into discussions about future practice or service design.
What I offer:
1. Group wellbeing delivery
- Mindful yoga, including osteoporosis-aware practice (both mat-based and chair-based). I’ll also soon be able to provide sessions based on the NHS-commissioned Yoga4Health patient programme (see below).
- Grounding and mindful relaxation sessions
- Seasonal or themed wellbeing workshops
- Singing sessions for care and community settings, focused on emotional wellbeing.
2. Reflective and transition support
- One-to-one or group sessions around change, values, need, planning and decision-making
- Home-finding, buying or renting, settling-in and adjustment support for residents or service users, offered in a facilitative capacity.
- Personal story writing for catharsis, legacy or remembrance.
3. Insight, writing and feedback
- Reflective facilitation and peer-support groups
- Anonymised learning and insight fed back to inform service design, practice or strategy
- Engagement, research, and insight-led strategy, writing, reporting and facilitation where helpful.
Delivery can be adapted for residents, service users, staff teams or mixed groups, depending on context.
Why this combination matters
My strength lies in holding the big picture and the golden thread across lived experience, values and delivery.
Through direct wellbeing delivery, one-to-one conversations and group facilitation, I capture patterns, needs and insights, and work collaboratively with others to translate these into changes to culture, processes and programme or service delivery.
I’m particularly well suited to embedded or internal consultant roles, with responsibility for a specific area of delivery, where learning from the ground can be fed back clearly and acted on.
Yoga4Health training
Between January and March 2026, I’m completing training with Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. On successful completion, this will enable me to deliver the Yoga4Health 10-week evidence-based yoga programme – used within the NHS to support social prescribing, early intervention and prevention.
Alongside delivery to NHS patients, yoga classes based on the Yoga4Health programme as well as my other yoga courses, can also be offered to private individuals through local community classes, or commissioned by organisations, depending on context and need.
Availability
I’m open to partnership work from early April 2026, including ongoing commissioned delivery and employed roles, and am able to deliver pilot sessions in March.
I’m happy to consider employed roles that focus on either or both:
- Direct wellbeing delivery (such as yoga, group facilitation and wellbeing sessions)
- Or engagement, research, partnerships, insight and writing to help inform culture, processes and programme or service delivery.
My background:
- Strategic planning
- Consulting
- Writing and research
- Housing / residential property
- Peer-support facilitation
- Yoga teacher (training accredited by Yoga Alliance)
- Cognitive behavioural coaching (training accredited by Association for Coaching)
- Trustee for women’s health charity.
More about my wider approach is included on my LinkedIn profile and on my consultancy website here.
Fees and approach
I usually work on a full-day or half-day basis. I’m also open to discussing session-based work for local organisations to suit project requirements.

I have a Basic DBS certificate (issued January 2026), Emergency First Aid (issued February 2026), and will be completing Adult Safeguarding training by March 2026. Enhanced DBS clearance will be arranged through host organisations prior to any delivery in care or regulated settings.
Insurance
I’m a fully insured sole trader. Insurance includes professional indemnity and public liability cover up to £2m.
