Considering a move or a new direction?
It can be helpful to start with an initial 45-minute chat, a chance for me to understand where you are and what matters most to you, and for you to identify some practical next steps you want to take. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my service and decide whether you’d like to continue working together.
What to expect
We’ll usually cover key areas of your life (or lives, if you’re a couple or family considering or moving home), potentially discussing:
- Your social life, health, and family relationships
- Work, career, and finances
- Personal values, drive and wellbeing
- Daily habits and home environment
- Current or future home plans (if relevant).
You’ll have the chance to reflect on what you appreciate, what you’d like to change, and how committed you feel to each aspect. We’ll then discuss your next steps in relation to your goals and priorities.
Towards the end, I can also answer any questions you have about my services, whether you want support with moving home and/or reflection and planning for life shifts.
