Thank you for choosing Tessa Spring. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services we offer, including: home finding and moving support, coaching, yoga for wellbeing, research and writing to capture your story, and any other services provided not specifically mentioned here.
Services may be delivered remotely, at your home, or at other agreed locations. Yoga classes may take place in person or online, and home finding or moving support may involve visits to properties or meetings at other locations as agreed. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for in-person visits.
By booking or taking part in any of these services, you’re kindly agreeing to the following. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
1. Our commitment & your wellbeing
At Tessa Spring, we’re here to support you gently through life’s transitions, whether that’s moving home, embracing new chapters, or nurturing your wellbeing.
Home finding and moving support is offered with care and professionalism, and includes regulated property buying services where needed.
Coaching offers a compassionate space to reflect and grow, while our personal story research service helps capture and honour your unique story.
Our yoga sessions encourage mindful movement and connection. However, unless otherwise stated, they are general wellbeing classes and not specifically designed for pregnant, postpartum, or osteoporosis clients, or anyone with a specific medical condition or injury. If you are in any of these groups, please inform us before attending and participate at your own risk, as we are not medical professionals. We do offer some modification options and hope to develop specialist classes in the future to better serve these needs.
Some services are also offered in care and community settings.
Remote sessions are delivered via agreed platforms, and clients are responsible for providing a suitable space and equipment. Any travel or additional arrangements for in-person visits will be agreed in advance.
2. Booking, payment & cancellations
- Bookings can be made through various methods; payment terms will be confirmed on booking.
- For home finding and moving support packages, payment for the first month is required upfront.
- After the first month, clients will be invited to set up a monthly payment arrangement, with payment required monthly in advance before the start of each service month.
- One month’s notice is required to end or switch a monthly package (e.g. notice given on 5 April means the service continues until 4 May).
This includes switching to a different type of support, which will take effect after the notice period, subject to availability. - For yoga block passes and other services, payment must be made before the service begins.
- If you book online or remotely (e.g., via website or phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel if the service has not started yet.
- After this cooling-off period (or if booking was made in person), all services (other than monthly home finding subscription packages) require at least one week’s notice to cancel or reschedule if the service has not yet started.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without proper notice.
- By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Booking Policy.
3. Coaching
Our coaching sessions are a warm and supportive space to explore your goals, gain clarity, and navigate change. These sessions are not therapy or professional advice, but a partnership where you are in the driver’s seat.
Sessions typically last one hour, with payment made upfront to reserve your time.
4. Home finding and moving support
I offer home finding and moving support for people renting and buying. Property buying services are a regulated activity. My anti-money laundering registration number with HMRC is: XDML00000208737.
Clients may book a monthly pay-as-you-go with payment upfront each month. It’s also possible to set-up monthly support on a monthly subscription basis to guarantee availability.
We kindly ask for one month’s notice to end ongoing subscriptions.
When fully authorised, we will adhere to all UK legal requirements including the Estate Agents Act 1979, Consumer Protection regulations, and AML compliance.
Tessa Spring is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and fully insured.
5. Yoga for wellbeing
Our yoga classes encourage gentle movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Please note these classes are general wellbeing sessions and, unless otherwise stated, are not specifically designed for pregnant, postpartum, or osteoporosis clients, or anyone with any specific medical conditions. If you belong to these groups, kindly inform us before attending and understand you participate at your own risk. We are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Some options and modifications may be offered, and specialist classes may be planned.
Payment is required before classes, whether for single sessions or block passes.
6. Personal storytelling for catharsis, legacy and remembrance
This service is designed to gently capture your story or that of a loved one through a conversation-style interview.
I will listen carefully, write your story, perhaps do some further research or speak to others (with permission), and offer a collaborative approval process so you feel comfortable and happy with the final story.
The piece can be kept private, shared with family and friends, or (if certain criteria is met) posted with your permission on the Tessa Spring blog and shared through social media. If published, it will be credited as: “Written by Tessa Spring for [first name or full name – you decide].”
This service can be booked individually, when connection and capacity allow, or delivered as part of home finding and moving support packages.
7. Our responsibility & your safety
Clients attending in-person sessions are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and informing Tessa Spring of any conditions or circumstances that may affect participation.
We take great care to provide a safe and supportive environment but all services are offered with the understanding that participation is at your own risk.
We encourage you to seek any additional medical, legal, or financial advice as needed.
While we aim to support wellbeing and ease through our offerings, results can’t be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation.
8. How we work together
You confirm you are 18 years or older (unless otherwise agreed).
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with the latest version always available on our website or by request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Getting in touch
