These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services I offer, including yoga, wellbeing and transitions support, as well as wider community health and prevention work and any other services provided not specifically mentioned here.
Services may be delivered remotely, at your home, or at other agreed locations. Yoga classes may take place in person or online, and transitions support may involve visits to homes or meetings at other locations as agreed. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for in-person visits.
By booking or taking part in any of these services, you’re kindly agreeing to the following. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
1. Commitment to wellbeing
Services provided are to support wellbeing and transitions, as well as community health and prevention.
Yoga sessions encourage mindful movement and connection. However, unless otherwise stated, they are general wellbeing classes and not specifically designed for pregnant, postpartum, osteoporosis or anyone with a specific medical condition or injury. If you are in any of these groups, please inform me before attending and participate at your own risk, as I’m not a medical professional.
Some services are also offered in care and community settings.
Remote sessions are delivered via agreed platforms, and clients are responsible for providing a suitable space and equipment. Any travel or additional arrangements for in-person visits will be agreed in advance.
2. Booking, payment & cancellations
- Bookings can be made through various methods; payment terms will be confirmed on booking.
- For home transition support packages, payment for the first month is required upfront.
- After the first month, clients will be invited to set up a monthly payment arrangement, with payment required monthly in advance before the start of each service month.
- One month’s notice is required to end or switch a monthly package (e.g. notice given on 5 April means the service continues until 4 May).
This includes switching to a different type of support, which will take effect after the notice period, subject to availability. - For yoga block passes and other services, payment must be made before the service begins.
- If you book online or remotely (e.g., via website or phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel if the service has not started yet.
- After this cooling-off period (or if booking was made in person), all services (other than monthly transition packages) require at least one week’s notice to cancel or reschedule if the service has not yet started.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without proper notice.
- By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Booking Policy.
3. Navigating life transitions
Reflection and planning sessions are a supportive space to explore your goals and options, gain clarity, and navigate change. These sessions are not therapy or professional advice but a partnership where you are in the driver’s seat.
Payment is made upfront to reserve your time. Clients may book and pay as they go with payment upfront each month. It’s also possible to set-up monthly support on a monthly subscription basis to guarantee availability. I kindly ask for one month’s notice to end ongoing subscriptions.
4. Yoga for wellbeing
Our yoga classes encourage gentle movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Please note these classes are general wellbeing sessions and, unless otherwise stated, are not specifically designed for pregnant, postpartum, or osteoporosis clients, or anyone with any specific medical conditions. If you belong to these groups, kindly inform us before attending and understand you participate at your own risk. We are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Some options and modifications may be offered, and specialist classes may be planned.
Payment is required before classes, whether for single sessions or block passes.
5. My responsibility & your safety
Clients attending in-person sessions are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and informing me of any conditions or circumstances that may affect participation.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment but all services are offered with the understanding that participation is at your own risk.
I encourage you to seek any additional medical, legal, or financial advice as needed.
While I aim to support wellbeing, results can’t be guaranteed, and I’m not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation.
6. How we work together
You confirm you are 18 years or older (unless 12+ and accompanied by an adult or otherwise agreed).
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with the latest version always available on the website or by request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
