Tessa Spring – Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all sessions, packages, and events offered by Tessa Spring, including but not limited to: yoga, wellbeing and transitions support, as well as wider community health and prevention work. By booking a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made via our booking platform, email, or direct arrangement.
- Spaces for group sessions are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received (or an alternative arrangement is agreed) and constitutes acceptance of our policies.
Block Bookings (e.g., Yoga Class Passes)
- Discounted rates may apply for block bookings.
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your place.
- You may cancel a block booking for a full refund if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the start of the first session.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your space or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Missed sessions within a block are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless agreed in advance.
Single Session Cancellation & Refunds
- To cancel or reschedule a single session, please give at least 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
- If you can no longer attend, you may offer your place to someone else. Please notify us of any substitutions in advance.
- Rescheduling is sometimes possible if requested with sufficient notice and subject to availability.
Missed Sessions
- No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
- If we cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or emergency), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Workshops & Special Events
- Some events may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Please review individual event descriptions carefully.
Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights)
- If you book online or remotely (e.g., via our website or by phone), you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- If the service begins during the 14-day period and has already started, this right may be waived.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
