💸 Pricing and payment
- All services are prepaid.
- I’m not VAT registered.
- In-person support may cost more depending on travel and time.
- Prices reflect that this is a professional service, along with the flexibility, time, care, and background work involved
- I don’t work on commission, and my advice is fully independent.
🔁 Cancelling or switching
- Monthly support can be cancelled or switched with one full month’s notice. One-off payment and pay-as-you-go also possible.
🛠 Home moving support
I offer independent, coaching-informed support to help you plan, research and move forward with clarity. This may include helping you identify potential properties, suggesting strategies, and liaising with agents or other professionals to support communication and planning. I don’t act as an estate or buying agent, negotiate on your behalf, make decisions for you, handle financial transactions, or work on commission.
📍 Locations
- Based in Long Ditton, Surbiton, on Elmbridge, Surrey / Kingston, London border.
- Remote support available anywhere.
- Home and moving support mainly in England and Wales.
🗓 Availability
- I do not work on UK bank holidays or during Christmas (typically 24 Dec to 1 Jan).
- Around 20 days annual leave across the year, with notice provided.
- Paid-for monthly support is adjusted if holiday prevents delivery.
🛡️ Insurance
- Worldwide professional indemnity insurance up to £2m (excluding US/Canada legal claims).
- UK public liability insurance up to £2m.
