If you’re feeling stuck or considering a move or change of direction, it might be helpful to start with a chat, so I can understand your situation and what’s motivating you, and for you to identify some practical next steps you want to take. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and decide whether you’d like us to work together.
What to expect
We’ll usually cover key areas of your life (or lives, if you’re a couple or family considering or moving home), potentially discussing:
- Your social life, health, and family relationships
- Work, career, and finances
- Personal values, drive and wellbeing
- Daily habits and home environment
- Current or future home plans (if relevant).
You’ll have the chance to reflect on what you appreciate, what you’d like to change, and how committed you feel to each aspect. We’ll then discuss your next steps in relation to your goals and priorities.
Towards the end, I can also answer any questions you have, whether you want support with moving home and/or reflection and planning for life shifts.
