For people navigating change

These wellbeing services support the internal shifts that often accompany change:

  • Mindfulness, guided relaxation and breathwork
  • Yoga, including mindful yoga for wellbeing and mindful yoga for osteoporosis (both mat-based and chair yoga options)
  • Writing your story – for catharsis, legacy or remembrance.

This work supports individuals directly and is also delivered in partnership with organisations working with people during times of transition, including housing, care, health and community settings.
